UK Scandal -100's of Hospitals harvest thymuses from live babies, sell to pharma
In 2021 FDA approved a $2.7 million Pharmaceutical Drug made from live infant's stolen thymus organs
The first organ scandal broke in Bristol in 1998 when it became clear that staff at the hospital had been keeping hearts following surgery at the hospital.
Birmingham's Diana Princess of Wales Children's Hospital and the Alder Hey Children's Hospital, in Liverpool, had been harvesting organs and tissues from the babies who died at their hospitals.
The same two hospitals that last week were caught up in the cash for tissues row, which revealed that both the Birmingham and Liverpool hospitals had given Thymus glands, removed during heart surgery from live children, to a pharmaceutical company for research.
They then received cash donations from the company involved.
20 years of pharaceutical research was done at Duke University, USA with these infant’s thymus organs in order to make a $2.7 million Pharmaceutical Drug from stolen thymuses with more drugs on the horizon using thymus organs harvested from live babies
My son's thymus organ was taken during heart surgery at UCLA:
In total, the hearts of 2,080 children's hearts and the organs of more than 800 children were kept at Alder Hey along with 400 foetuses collected from hospital across the region.
BBC: Hospital staff also kept and stored 400 foetuses collected from hospital around the north west of England.
Did this scandal cause change”
Professor Liam Donaldson, the Chief Medical Officer, told distressed parents that he would be backing a change in the law to ensure that hospitals could never again retain organ's without permission.
Science is adament the Thymus organ NOT be called an “organ” in relation to it’s removal and sale to pharmaceutical companies. They want to call it a “tissue.” Science direct, after this scandal, was adament this distinction be made.
Is the thymus an organ or tissue?
A search for “Thymus ORGAN” on NCBI national institutes of Health produced 14,855 results:
In 1996 they describe “Thymus Organs” harvested from Heart surgery infants for nearly 20 years:
This puts us at approx. 48 years of infant’s organs taken and USED (not discarded tissue) without parent’s knowledge or consent.
What is the difference between a tissue and an organ?
Tissue can be thought of as a group of cells working together. A collection of tissues working together to perform a specific function is called an organ.
The thymus gland is a small organ that lies in the upper chest under the breastbone. It makes white blood cells, called lymphocytes, which protect the body against infections.
The thymus is also an Endocrine Organ. 1980 medical article:
A 1975 medical article states it produces hormones (over 30 to be exact):
Seven pages of reportage in The Independent began with the headline “Basement of horrors” and a large colour photograph of the “grim and grubby” room containing remains at Alder Hey hospital. There followed a description of “grisly secrets” and of doctors throughout Britain “raiding the dead”.
It doesn’t end here though.
April 30th, 2018 - Alder Hey yanked the life support of infant Alfie Evans.
They came under considerable criticism after fighting with Alfie’s parents for months and withdrawing off his life support without their consent following a massive legal battle.
Alfie Evans ended up dying very early Saturday morning after the children’s hospital that was supposed to provide him with appropriate medical care and treatment disconnected his life support without his parents’ permission.
Alfie supposedly suffered from a degenerative neurological condition and administrators at Alder Hey, which is a National Health System Foundation Trust, sought, and received, approval from the High Court to discontinue treatment in direct opposition to the wishes of Alfie’s parents. The High Court’s decision was met with outcry around the world, and was condemned by world leaders including European Parliament President Antonio Tajani, Polish president Andrezej Duda, and Pope Francis.
Bambino Gesu hospital in Rome offered to treat Alfie and he was granted Italian citizenship to expedite his transport to Italy. However, the High Court prohibited Evans and James from removing their son from Alder Hey.
Alfie’s father Tom Evans spent the last 10 minutes of the 23-month-old little boys life desperately trying to revive him with mouth to mouth.
Meanwhile, Alfie’s mother Kate has posted a poem remembering Alfie that has already been shared thousands of times on Facebook. Her poem is a fitting end to a post made on Mother’s Day. An outcry to mothers and fathers around the world to PLEASE STOP THESE ATTROCITIES.
Alfie Evans:
Mummy please don’t cry now.
For I must go to sleep.
I’ll be beside you always.
To dry the tears you weep.
Daddy please be strong now.
It’s time for me to rest.
The three of us together dad.
We fought, we done our best.
You took my fight to everyone.
The courts, the queen, the pope.
While still caring for your baby.
You never give up hope.
And now the pain bears heavy.
As the time has come to part.
Though you no longer hold me in your arms.
I’ll live on in your heart.
For the good Lord he has called me.
To sit there by his side.
Watching over both of you.
With never ending pride.
A last message to my army.
Please hold your loved ones tight.
For no one’s time is promised.
Now I must say goodnight.
I don't normally ask people to share my posts. I ask today, for those who feel comfortable, please share this for babies worldwide. No child should suffer as mine has.
Video of Alder Hey scandal:
no matter what term they use, it is criminal theft. the legal system is corrupt also.
restacked.
The doctor who stole your child's thymus should be prosecuted for murder and organ bootlegging. Some of his victims died.
Of course that would require a district attorney who wasn't corrupt and evil.
